At Casa-Patio Axerquía we try to be very flexible in the terms and conditions of your reservations.
RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
- You can cancel the reservation for free up to 7 days before the arrival date, and we will refund the money to your payment account. Except for the expenses derived from the payment through PayPal or credit card.
- You will have to pay 50% of the total price of the reservation if you cancel from the last 7 days before the arrival date.
- If you do not show up or do not communicate anything you will have to pay the total price of the reservation.
PARKING
- The parking reservation must be made in advance and the cost is € 20 / day
Pets
- Pets are allowed, and a supplement of € 20 may be applied for the entire stay. They will not be able to stay in the common areas.
Cribs
- If you need a cot, you must request it in advance and subject to availability. Supplements may apply.
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
- The arrival time is from 14:00.
- The departure will be before 12:00.
LUGGAGE
- We can store your luggage both before arrival and after departure, to suit your travel schedules. This service is free.
